Is my landlord required to keep my property above a certain temp? - madison county indiana property taxes
All services are included in the rent, but the temperature in my apartment is about 55 degrees! My lease states that tenants are not entitled to operate a heating nature. I'm freezing! Please help! What can I do? I live in Madison County, Indiana.

Dang, it seems that Indiana has no heating in all laws. No more need for heat.
55 If it is the right for the night, most states require 65-68 during the day, at least those who need the warmth.
Since the law does not press the issue and 55 is not a health risk to buy some plants.

Landlord rules generally governed by the state are all different and should be able to provide full information about the network to access state government. Not to worry about a lawyer, but the information you have provided, I have, it seems that may have a case, get to work on your research, you have a fool for an owner luck
