Deed Of Confirmation How Difficult Is It To Add A Name To A Deed To A Condo? How Long Will It Take As Well?

How difficult is it to add a name to a deed to a condo? How long will it take as well? - deed of confirmation

My boyfriend and I moved into a condo, his grandfather soon, hopefully. The only problem is that the association claims that the owner or tenant of residential owners have. Nobody lives there. We spoke with the grandfather, and he said he was fine. So basically, I wonder how difficult, how much it would cost, if any, and how long it would take a name to add an event. Thank you in advance.

If each entry in the building that will be needed in the title, it is highly unlikely that his name would be added, because the action with immediate effect, you are right 1 / 3 interest in property if there are three persons in the title, His friend, grandfather, and then

However, if the life of another parent, who probably talk about the grandfather of his friend, even if only his will be included in the title that the law would his friend still had an interest now has half the value of the property, If your friend has outstanding payments to creditors would be able to automatically place liens against property

Moreover, this does not even give us the tax consequences first grandfather so much importance to his grandson, son and grandson of turnover in the donation, collected half of the value of the condominium

eh ... There are many questions to give on this page, with an interest in a condominium and tax concerns and fears of the owners.

I want to take a lawyer's grandfather and that this right, so that everyone knows what may be incorrect.
