How can Sickle Cell be managed? - sickle cell crisis more condition_symptoms

I have sickle cell anemia. And I want to know whether drugs or methods that crisis included, especially for rheumatism. Even as they relate to the climate crisis in sickle cell anemia.

Crisis Prevention

Parents whose children have sickle cell disease should be encouraged to lead their children into a normal life. However, to reduce the incidence of sickle cell crises, you should take the following precautions:

To prevent the oxygen supply to the tissues, avoid the following:

Intense physical activity, especially if the spleen is enlarged
Emotional stress
Environments with low oxygen content (high altitudes, non-pressurized airplane flights)
The known sources of infection
For an adequate fluid intake:

Recognize the signs of dehydration
Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight
Ensure access to media, both at home and abroad
To avoid sources of infection:

Keep children properly immunized as recommended by health care providers
Remember that the child has a medical alert bracelet,
Share above information with teachers and other caregivers in your case
Be aware, over the impact that may chronic, deadly diseases, siblings, communities, parents and children
